By accessing or using the designtoken.md website and design token generator (the "Service") located at https://designtoken.md, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Designless ("we", "us", or "our").
designtoken.md is a free, browser-based design token generator. The Service allows you to configure design parameters (colors, typography, spacing, and other design properties) and generate structured design token files in markdown and JSON formats. All generation and processing occurs entirely within your browser.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
All design token files, color configurations, typography selections, and other output generated through the Service ("Generated Output") belong entirely to you. We claim no ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over your Generated Output.
You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit your Generated Output without restriction or attribution. The Generated Output includes a credit line referencing designtoken.md, which you may remove at your discretion.

The Service, including its design, code, visual identity, documentation, and all content created by Designless (excluding your Generated Output), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself without our prior written consent.
The designtoken.md name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Designless. You may reference designtoken.md in factual contexts (e.g., crediting the tool that generated your tokens) without prior approval.
The Service is provided free of charge. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
We do not offer a service level agreement (SLA). For mission-critical design infrastructure with guaranteed availability, see Designless Studio.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how we use it. Since the generator runs entirely in your browser, your design data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not warrant that Generated Output will be compatible with any specific coding agent, framework, or development environment. Compatibility depends on how the consuming tool parses markdown files.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Designless and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Service exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Designless and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your Generated Output, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Designless regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
